2020 is all but over and last big game release of the year, Cyberpunk 2077 was released just a week ago. Thankfully, 2021 is now upon us and we have a new year of game releases to look forward to seeing on our consoles in the near future.

Despite the issues that have affected nearly every aspect of our life, including the entertainment industry, the one thing that has carried on throughout has been the gaming industry. This year we have seen the release of a lot of video games. For many, they’ve been a saving grace and an escape from the monotony and bleak state the world has been in this year.
We’ve had some pretty big releases including; our EA Sports favourites Madden, NBA and FIFA, we’ve seen new additions from some our favourite franchises too with Watch Dogs Legion, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Not only this but most importantly the next-generation of gaming is finally here as the Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and the PS5 have finally been released! And despite the fact, the latter is currently pretty hard to get a hold of I’m pretty sure every PlayStation fan will be able to get their hands on one in the new year.
